Nikwax N.A. has promoted Ben Palliser to the position of North American sales manager. He will lead the sales efforts for all territories in the United States and Canada.

Palliser was hired as the key accounts manager for Nikwax in May 2008, following 10 years in sales in the outdoor industry.
 
With the promotion to North American sales manager, Palliser will work with retail partners, the Nikwax management team and external sales agencies to ensure that Nikwax remains the strongest and most consistent option in the aftercare sector. He is charged with training and leading the sales team, devising strategy that upholds the Nikwax tradition of solid margins and high sell-through, and working closely with the customer service department to guarantee Nikwax customers receive first class service.
