Nikwax N.A. officials announced today that they have opened a new facility to handle fulfillment of all Nikwax® products into Canadian markets. The new Nikwax fulfillment center, based in Richmond, British Columbia has been established in response to wildfire growth in Canadian demand for Nikwax products.
North American demand for Nikwax® has undergone a dramatic boost since the parent company, Nikwax® UK, took over operations from the former distributor.
“Since we have been focusing our attention on the North American market, we have seen demand increase in nearly all markets in North America-especially in Canada,” said Chas Fisher, general manager for Nikwax® N.A. We are opening a Canadian-focused fulfillment facility in order to continue to provide stellar service and product to our Canadian customers.”
The Nikwax® Canadian facility will use the same state-of-the-art inventory control and barcode-scanning technology as used in its Washington state center, allowing it to process in excess of a hundred orders a day at its current personnel levels.
