Nike is looking to build a flagship store on Lincoln Road in Miami. The  31,500 square-foot building will have two floors of retail, and a rooftop sports deck that includes a basketball court and jogging track.

The ceilings are about 17 feet high. Including a third level giving access to the sports deck, the total height reaches 51 feet. The proposed building is being designed by Touzet Studio.

The Miami Beach Historic Preservation Board will hear the proposal to demolish the current structure to make way for the building at their Tuesday Mar. 10 meeting. The location currently features a William Sonoma and Pottery Barn store.
