Nike Golf continues its sponsorship of the EWGA (Executive Women’s Golf Association) Member-Get-A-Member program for 2010 and has renewed as a supporting partner for the nationwide organization. The company will be participating in the “Try Test & Buy Fest” held in conjunction with the EWGA 2010 annual conference, now called the EWGA Golfpalooza, on April 7-10 in Pinehurst, N.C.

“Each year over 4,000 women are introduced to the game and the EWGA through the Member Get-A-Member program,”” says Pam Swensen, CEO of the EWGA. “We thank Nike Golf for their continuing support and sponsorship of this vital program that enables us to introduce and keep more women involved in the game of golf and having fun doing it!”

The annual Member-Get-A-Member program encourages and rewards EWGA members who recruit others to join the association. The “Recruiter of the Year”, determined by a drawing of the top winners who have recruited 12 or more members, includes a custom fitting for new Nike Golf Clubs, a golf bag and a trip to the Nike World Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon. Each chapter’s top recruiter, having recruited a “foursome” or more to qualify, will receive a Nike prize package and a chance to win one of 10 Nike drivers. Additional prize drawings will be held for every member who recruits a “twosome” or more.
