Nike Golf today announced the appointment of Rob Arluna to the position
of Director of Marketing, effective October 1. Arluna was with Callaway
Golf Company where, most recently, he was the Director of Brand
Management for Odyssey.

As the Director of Marketing for Nike Golf, Arluna will oversee all
strategic marketing efforts for the U.S. Region. He will be responsible
for the development of the overall brand and respective product
marketing and communications strategies, including advertising,
promotions, retail support, strategic and key account plans, marketing
research, digital, event marketing and public relations.

strategic marketing and business skills, as well as a seasoned
perspective on the industry. He'll be a dynamic new leader of

In his former position with Odyssey, Arluna oversaw the strategic
direction for brand development, product development and the overall
integrated marketing effort. Prior to this role, and during his
eight years with Callaway Golf, Arluna also led the marketing and
product development for Callaway's golf ball business, including their
initial launch and ongoing marketplace positioning.

Before his time with Callaway Golf, Arluna spent time in a marketing
role with Sony after beginning his career on the media side of the
business as a planner and account manager for a variety of high profile
brands. The Penn State University graduate and his family will be
relocating from southern California to Oregon.
