According to the National Golf Foundation, same-store rounds played are up 0.9% for the year, despite a 2.3% decrease for the month of Septemer. The Mid-Atlantic region, with a notable decrease in play days in September, had the largest decrease, down 11.4%. The Gulf Coast had the highest increase, no doubt due to hurricanes Katrina and Rita last year.
