New Era Cap Upgraded By Fair Labor Assoc.

New Era Cap Company announced that the Fair Labor Association has elevated the company to Category A membership, up from Category B membership. New Era became a member of the FLA, in Category B standing, in September 2002.

FLA Category A-members are expected to adhere to the organization's highest level of standards for workplace code to conduct implementation, monitoring and remediation at their facilities and those of their subcontractors.
