FC Porto and New Balance reached an agreement for the renewal of the contract binding them.

The relationship, started in 2014/15, will now extend for the next ten years.

New Balance will continue to provide playing and training kits for the FC Porto teams, as well as offer a vast set of clothes, with the seal of the club, for fans all over the world. Global retail sales for FC Porto increased by 91 percent since 2014.

“We are pleased to continue to be a part of the New Balance family, with whom we built a great relationship in the last seasons. We are looking forward for new successes and to seeing our fans with gear and clothes that make them proud as they support our team,” Chairman Jorge Nuno Pinto da Costa stated.

Kenny McCallum, general manager of New Balance Football, is just as pleased with the renewal. “FC Porto was one of the first clubs with whom we reached an agreement for the supply of kits, and this renewal is proof of a very positive first stage in our relationship with the club. The new agreement reflects the ambition of New Balance and of FC Porto in growing and evolving at a global level, with tremendous desire for success.”

The new contract between FC Porto and New Balance was signed at the head office of the North American company in Boston.
