Nathan, the make of hydration, visibility, and essential performance gear, hired y Wivell as the brand’s eastern regional sales manager.
 
Wivell, a 20-year veteran of the running, cycling, and outdoor industries, will lead relationship development and business planning with key accounts that further Nathan’s educational initiatives, merchandising programs, and sales goals in the Running Essentials™ category, all while overseeing a robust sales force in a territory that spans from North Dakota to the east coast.

Wivell comes from Daymen US, Inc. where he was the national sales manager responsible for the sales and distribution strategy to drive industry leadership. Prior to joining Daymen, Wivell served as a senior associate at Stoner-Andrews, Inc. supervising sales and service to brands including Camelbak, Clif Bar, Mountain Hardwear, Montrail, Timbuk2 and Sierra Designs. Wivell also served on the Eastern Outdoor Reps Association from 2007 to 2011 as vice president of the New England Chapter, where he established a multi-year leadership plan.
 
Wivell holds a journalism degree from California State University, Northridge, as well as a two-year certification from the New Hampshire Institute of Arts & Sciences for photography. Wivell joins Lindsay Cousley, the brand’s western regional sales manager, on the sales management team, and will report directly to Olson. He will be based in his home state of Maine.
