TFO, an OEM hydration bladder manufacturer, will consolidate manufacturing and distribution in Rochester, NY effective August 23. Design and Development offices with remain in Logan, Utah. Nalgene water bottle manufacturer, Nalge Nunc International, acquired TFO in 2002. Earlier this year, NNI bought PacTech LLC, a Rochester-based company specializing in flexible packaging for both the outdoor and laboratory/research markets. Synergies between the two firms were quickly recognized.
“This move enables us to greatly expand our product offerings and market presence in flexible packaging,” said Margaret Gregory, NNI Director, Sales and Marketing-Consumer.
