MSR Hires Product Line Manager For Stoves And Cookware

Cascade Designs, the parent company of MSR, Therm-a-Rest, Platypus, SealLine, PackTowl, and Varilite, hired John Park as product line manager for MSR stoves and cookware.

Park will oversee the development and operations of MSR’s range of camping and backpacking stoves and cookware. He brings more than 12 years of experience to the position and, most recently, was the general manager at Kovea, overseeing brand and product development, and had a role in developing the brand in the U.S.

“We are excited to welcome John to the Cascade Designs’ team,” said Kalon Pilmanis, VP of product development and product line management at Cascade Designs. “John’s expertise in the camp cooking market and extensive experience in product development adds considerable value to our team and will help to ensure the growth of the MSR brand.”
