Mountain Khakis LLC has hired Doug Ellis as an in-house sales coordinator, and added Garrett Jenkins as Customer Service Representative.
Ellis will be responsible for sales rep support and focus primarily on dealer support, aiding in inventory and merchandising management. Prior to joining Mountain Khakis, Ellis worked as the Assistant Director of Marketing and Retail Development with Chesapean Outdoors, an eco-tourism outfitter. He is an avid snowboarder, mountain biker and surfer.
“Our dealer base has grown significantly over the past twelve months, and while our rep force has done an excellent job keeping pace, it was time for us to increase internal dealer support,” said Director of Sales Noah Robertson. “We are ending 2006 as the top selling pant in the outdoor specialty channel, and dealer relations are a continued priority for us, with additional dedicated employees, new merchandising programs and the expansion of our dealer-focused tour for 2007.”
Garrett Jenkins, a recent graduate of Davidson College in Davidson, North Carolina, will join the Mountain Khakis team as a Customer Service Representative.
