Mountain Hardwear, Inc., a  subsidiary of Columbia Sportswear Company, announced the appointment of two global vice presidents of product. Matt Page was named vice president, global apparel and Ted Ganio was promoted to vice president, global equipment & innovation at Mountain Hardwear.

“Both Matt and Ted will ensure Mountain Hardwear continues its relentless pursuit of building the highest quality, highest performance and industry-leading products that define the outdoor sports we so passionately pursue,” noted Topher Gaylord, president of Mountain Hardwear.

As vice president, global apparel, Page will be responsible for the overall strategy and direction of the Mountain Hardwear apparel and accessories product lines. He will lead the creative, merchandising and design & development teams to create the highest quality, industry-leading products. Page's career spans a wide range of industries and brands, including Gramicci, Boeing, Goldman Sachs & Co and his most recent role at The North Face where he led the Global Actions Sports business. A graduate of University of Colorado – Boulder, Page is a passionate skier, cyclist, mountain biker and surfer.

Ganio, who joined Mountain Hardwear in 2004, will oversee the brand's innovation roadmap and initiatives, as well as ensure close collaboration with global multi-brand innovation teams in Portland in his new role as vice president, global equipment  & innovation. During his time with Mountain Hardwear, Ganio has provided leadership in multiple areas including operations, merchandising & design, development, warranty, technology and innovation. Ganio's lifetime in the outdoor industry is evident in his passion and commitment to deliver the world's highest performing outdoor products.
