Mountain Games, LLC has retained Backbone Media to direct the public relations outreach for the countrys largest adventure sports festival. Backbone Media will manage all media communications and credentials for the sixth annual Teva Mountain Games, which will take place in Vail, Colorado in early June 2007.
“Backbone is perfectly aligned to help the Teva Mountain Games build upon its success and grow the events exposure to a mainstream audience while staying true to our core demographic of outdoor enthusiasts,” states Joel Heath, president of Mountain Games, LLC.
In 2006, over 1,400 amateur and professional athletes competed in events at the Mountain Games and approximately 28,000 spectators attended the five-day festival.
