Moosejaw has upgraded its warehouse management system in Madison Heights, MI with an eye toward growing its retail storefront footprint and distribution center square footage over the next several years.
The multi-channel retailer of outdoor recreation sporting goods current operates seven brick-and-mortar stores, a catalogue and an e-commerce site and had outgrown its homegrown solution, according to a press release issued by HighJump Software. Since implementing HighJump's software system, Moosejaw has experienced a 20 percent increase in efficiency and increased inventory accuracy to over 99 percent. The HighJump system has also enabled Moosejaw to implement a cycle counting process.
