Modells announced a partnership with The Maine Camp Experience, a community of 31 premier summer camps for boys and girls. The sporting goods chain will offer camp families a reusable 15 percent-off coupon for in-store and online purchases through July 21.
The partnership between Modells and Maine Camp Experience is a home run, Maine Camp Experience Guide Laurie Kaden said. Modells is interested in reaching camp families to provide great sports equipment and merchandise at reasonable prices for the summer, and Maine Camp Experience is always looking for ways to do more for their camp families.
Kaiden said the coupon can help families stock up on summer sporting items such as lacrosse sticks, tennis rackets, baseball gear and jerseys. The camps offer top-notch athletic instruction and sporting facilities.
This is the first time Modells has partnered with a group of camps in a specific region.
