Mizuno Corporation's newly established subsidiary, Mizuno Korea Ltd., will acquire and take over the operations of its South Korean distributor effective July 1, Mizuno's board of directors decided June 28.
Duckhwa Sports Co., Ltd. has been Mizuno's exclusive distributor in South Korea for years.
Mizuno Korea Ltd. will be based in Seoul.
