Mission has announced the appointments of Adam Geisler to Executive Vice President, Sales and Business Development and Wendy Kula to Vice President, Marketing, effective immediately.


In their new roles, Geisler will be responsible for driving the company’s sales force and growth strategies while Kula will oversee and develop the company’s marketing and brand strategy. Both positions will report directly to Mission Founder/President Josh Shaw.

Geisler comes to Mission from Everlast Worldwide, the global leader in the design, manufacturing, licensing and marketing of authentic boxing, mixed martial arts and fitness related sporting goods equipment, apparel, footwear, and accessories. As President of the global fitness brand, Geisler was responsible for overseeing sales, marketing, merchandising and operations of the business.

Kula joins Mission from Relevent Partners, a full service experiential marketing firm based in NY whose client roster includes Victoria’s Secret PINK, Heineken, Nike, Renaissance Hotels and Gilt Groupe, among others. At Relevent, Kula recently served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Brand Strategy and was responsible for overseeing the experiential marketing team, focusing on brand strategy for above and below the line activations.  Additionally, Kula spearheaded new business development and social networking initiatives for Relevent clients.


“Wendy has extensive experience working with some of the largest brands in the world and we’re thrilled to have her join Mission to oversee and develop the company’s new marketing and brand strategy,” added Shaw.


Before joining Relevent Partners, Kula was Senior Director, Brand Marketing at aerie by American Eagle, where she drove marketing and brand strategy efforts to develop aerie into a standalone brand with independent retail locations. Kula also spent six years with Reebok International as Global Director, Lifestyle & Entertainment, responsible for developing the brand’s lifestyle marketing strategy, focusing on the entertainment category, integrated sport lifestyle campaigns, activating entertainment partnerships and managing product launch events.
