MidwayUSA Foundation, the advocacy organization for youth shooting sports, has expanded its staff with three new employees. Two have joined MidwayUSA’s Columbia, MO office, and a new program manager will oversee its new Western region.
Pete Eisentrager will be the Deputy Director, a newly created position based in MidwayUSA’s home office in Columbia, MO. Eisentrager brings a diverse, strong non-profit and business leadership experience. As a lifelong hunter and recreational shooter, his passion is mentoring youth in their pursuit of outdoor experiences.
Chance Cover, MidwayUSA’s logistics coordinator, began working with the Foundation in December 2024 and manages it Fundraising Product Grant Program from the Columbia, MO office. Cover processes orders and ships items that youth shooting programs request to conduct fundraisers in local communities. He was a resident athlete with USA Shooting, competing with Team USA domestically and internationally.
Dan Darragh is the new program manager, providing service to the Foundation’s Western region from his home near Boise, ID. Darragh will assist youth shooting programs in 11 states, including Washington, Oregon, California, Utah, Nevada, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Alaska, Hawaii, and his home state of Idaho.
With the addition of Darragh, MidwayUSA Foundation now has five program managers to serve youth shooting teams nationwide. Darragh has eight years of shooting sports coaching experience and is a Level 1 NSSA coach.
MidwayUSA Foundation Executive Director G. Scott Reynolds said, “Nearly 2,600 youth shooting teams rely on our funding to conduct practices, travel to competitions, pay for ammo, and cover other critical expenses that youth shooting teams incur. I believe these dedicated individuals are strong additions to our team, giving us a high-performing, robust staff that also shares a passion for youth shooting sports.”
MidwayUSA Foundation funds United States-based youth shooting teams with over $435 million endowment. The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity working to sustain and grow youth shooting sports by providing long-term funding to youth shooting teams. The Foundation supports all shooting disciplines.
