MidwayUSA recently promoted Adam Augustine to vice president of e-commerce.
Augustine began his career with MidwayUSA in 2013 as a customer relationship manager. Most recently, he was the vice president of customer service, responsible for analyzing and improving customer service operations, interaction management and quality control. Before MidwayUSA, Augustine was a researcher in academia.
In his new position, Augustine will provide strategic leadership for web development, advertising and marketing teams responsible for analyzing and improving the company’s website, Internet and television advertising, public relations, campaign management, search engine optimization, and promotions processes.
