MidwayUSA announces Adam Ray as vice president of customer support.

Ray is an NRA Endowment Member, a graduate of the University of Missouri and Case Western Reserve University – Weatherhead School of Management and is a long-standing Employee of MidwayUSA. He has held many positions over the years and most recently served as the Vice President of eCommerce.

“The Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence defines customer support as how you enable customers to conduct business with your company or organization,” said Ray. “With the creation of this new role, we now have all the processes that enable customers to do business with MidwayUSA in one place. I believe this will make it possible for us to satisfy customers better than we've ever been able to before. Now that's exciting!”

Ray will provide overall strategic leadership through the development, implementation and improvement of MidwayUSA's eCommerce Platform, as well as its other customer support processes including customer listening and learning system management and chat/email/phone interactions through contact center management.
