Messe Friedrichshafen announced that effective Dec. 31, 2013, Stefan Reisinger will assume the newly created position of Head of OutDoor/Eurobike, where he will direct the OutDoor/Eurobike trade shows, including all of the related national and international events around the world. He will be replaced as Show Director OutDoor/Eurobike by Dirk Heidrich.
“To move their international profile and influence forward, and to be able to meet the growing challenges of the future, we are strengthening the OutDoor and the Eurobike with this new management constellation,” said Klaus Wellmann, CEO of Messe Friedrichshafen.
Stefan Reisinger came to Messe Friedrichshafen from the sports rights agency ISPR in 2003 and has led the OutDoor and Eurobike projects since 2004. In addition, in the future Reisinger will focus more on the management of key international accounts in America and Asia. As a holder of a degree in the economics of sport, Reisinger is enthusiastically interested in everything related to biking and outdoor sport, professionally as well as in his free time.

The 40-year-old, who has a degree in sport science, is very familiar with his future area of responsibility as project director.
