White Sierra is seeking a proven and experienced Merchandise Director to join our team. The Merchandise Director is responsible for complete product line management, including strategic planning, product development, trend forecasting, and profitability of the White Sierra product line.
We prefer candidates who are active in outdoor sports and those who have a minimum of seven years outdoor industry product management and merchandising experience.
White Sierra designs and markets a diverse line of outdoor clothing. We run our operations from
Sunnyvale in California’s San Francisco Bay Area. We believe that the Bay Area is a perfect place for an
outdoor clothing company. We get our inspiration from the trails and vistas and open spaces that make
up our backyard; the wildness of the nearby Sierra Nevada Mountains and Northern California Coast; and
the progressive culture and fashion of the Bay Area cities.
