PUMA AG announced that “Mayfair Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH” has acquired a total of 16.91% shareholding in PUMA AG Rudolf Dassler Sport. Of that total, 9.78% is still awaiting regulatory approval by the antitrust authorities. The shares were purchased in several blocks on May 2, 2005.
Mayfair is an asset management company that manages the investments of Günter and Daniela Herz and their families. The company invests in property, financial and business assets.
