Martha Headwear hired Martin Sundblad, a former executive at Reef and Fallen, as its sales and marketing manager responsible for driving the company’s “vision of reinvigorating the brick-and-mortar retail industry while maintaining its dedication to environmental sustainability.” Sundblad will focus primarily “on growth through independent retailers, specialty stores and department store partnerships.”

Martha Headwear’s sales reps operate in NorCal, Central California, SoCal, the Rockies, Puerto Rico, Texas, the Mid-Atlantic, and Florida.

“Martha is more than just a brand; it’s a movement to bring back the joy and authenticity of the brick-and-mortar shopping experience,” said Pedro Roisman, founder of Martha Headwear. “We are profoundly inspired to see surfers, skaters and outdoor enthusiasts once again raising their voices, advocating for a return to a more tranquil and simplified lifestyle and pioneering, once again, society trends. As well we are incredibly proud of our initial sprint in the market, and we are looking forward to what the future holds as we continue to support local shops and create unique, quality products.”

Martha Headwear is also focused on a European launch, with prebooking for S24, featuring headwear and backpacks. Martha is a Certified B-Corp retail brand founded in Argentina.
