Markwort Sporting Goods Co. has purchased the Vettex Mouthguards product line. Markwort will continue to produce the Vettex line in the USA.
Markwort said the Vettex line features three distinctive mouthguard models. The most popular, along with being the most recognizable, is the Vettex Double Guard Model 25 series which features a very pronounced exterior lip protector and can be seen being worn by some of todays top pro and collegiate players. The Model 25s one piece construction is made of premium pliable thermo rubber designed with two patented breathing holes to help prevent concussion and maximize comfort and performance. The Vettex Multi-Sport and the Vettex Double Bite mouthguards round out the Vettex product line.
Markwort Sporting Goods Company, founded in 1931, manufactures Game Face, Heart-Gard, C-Flap as well as the Markwort brand.
