In this role, you will be a member of the Burton Marketing Team, focusing on the management of creative services. You will be the project leader for the consumer and dealer catalog, consumer print advertising, and consumer web site development. You will be responsible for both budget and creative management in each of these areas.

This position requires a fundamental understanding of marketing “passion products” to core enthusiasts that will have a clear, distinct Burton look, feel and lasting impression. You must have the ability to buy and direct creative design as well as spec jobs, obtain quotes, and negotiate large contracts.

Qualified candidates will posses a Bachelor’s degree, 4 – 6 years experience in each (yes, each) of the following: design agency management and retainer development, design team supervision, print production, media purchasing and placement, and large project management with previous experience in budgeting and negotiating. This position requires an understanding of the snowboarding industry, products, and consumers.

Must be highly organized, detail oriented, and have excellent verbal/written communication skills. Expert skills in all MS Office applications and Internet applications a must. Domestic travel required.
