Mammut hired three new VP-level roles to its North American team structure to drive growth across sales, operations, marketing, and partnerships.
After two years as the SVP of brand and marketing at Edge Eyewear, a performance and safety eyewear brand, Mammut North America welcomed back VP of Marketing Maddie Petry, who had previously been marketing director for Mammut from 2019 to 2021. She re-joined the company as VP of marketing in January 2023, headquartered in Boulder, CO.
Brian Block will join Mammut NA as VP of sales in May based in Salt Lake City, UT. He brings decades of experience working in outdoor and climbing brand sales, most recently for Black Diamond Equipment. Block is responsible for helping to drive retail partnerships and the brand’s expansion into new markets.
Garrett Waldron, Mammut NA’s new VP of operations, comes to the company from Marmot, where he spent 16 years as director of inventory management. He joins the company in May based in Santa Rosa, CA.
Recent promotions include Leah Simkoff to VP of finance, Ian Armstrong to national sales director and Collin Jenkins to commercial director.
