Santa Monica, CA-based lifestyle brand Malbon Golf hired Aaron Heiser, most recently Nike’s global VP of apparel, accessories and licensing, as its first CEO.

According to his LinkedIn profile, Heiser worked for Nike for over 17 years before leaving the company in September 2023.

Other roles Heiser had at Nike included global divisional vice president for running and training, lifestyle apparel; global divisional vice president, sports apparel and accessories; and VP/GM of Greater China retail. Heiser joined Nike in 2006 as GMM, U.S. in-line stores. Before Nike, he worked in merchandising roles for Armani Exchange, Tommy Hilfiger and Gap Inc. He started his career at the Federated Merchandising Group.

As CEO of Malbon Golf, Heiser will work closely with Founders Stephen and Erica Malbon, who will continue as co-chief creative officers and board members.

Malbon Golf, a manufacturer of golf apparel, was founded by the Malbons in 2017. The brand has collaborated on capsule collections with Coca-Cola, Nike, New Balance, Jimmy Choo, and Lexus. It also sponsors golf tour pros Jason Day and Charley Hull and operates retail stores in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, and California.
