MacNeill Pride Group (MPG) announced the appointment of Keith Bornholtz as CEO and adds four members to its Board.

MPG’s brands include ORCA, GCI Outdoor, PrideSports, Freestyle Rocker, RoadTrip Rocker, SoftSpike, CHAMP, Pride Golf Tee, and Professional Tee System. MPG is a portfolio company of Centre Partners.

Bornholtz, who has over 30 years of experience in branded consumer products, joined MPG from Central Garden & Pet where he was president of its pet distribution business and led a five-year strategic transformation of its national multi-channel platform. Bornholtz previously held senior leadership positions at Yes To Inc., Big Heart Pet Brands, Clorox, and Procter & Gamble. He will be based at MPG’s headquarters in Nashville, TN.

MPG appointed four new directors to its Board.  They include:

  • David Tanner served as CEO of Boardriders until 2021. Previously, he was head of Portfolio Operations at Oaktree Capital Management and served in senior leadership roles at Fortune Brands, McKinsey and the U.S. Air Force.
  • Jessica Klodnicki is the CMO for Skullcandy Inc. Prior to joining Skullcandy in 2017, she served as GM,Vista Outdoor Inc.’s outdoor recreation division, GM, Easton-Bell Sports cycling & accessories division and held roles at Mizuno USA and Newell Brands.
  • Kevan Talbot served as CFO at Sportsman’s Warehouse Holdings Inc.
  • Joe Steranka is an executive strategist for Buffalo Agency. Steranka was CEO of the PGA of America from 2005 to 2012.
