Luth-AR, a manufacturer of AR-15 firearms and firearm components based in Buffalo, MN, has purchased all the assets of Acro Machine Inc., including several CNC turning and milling machines, fixtures, programs, designs, and proprietary knowledge.
In a brief statement, Luth-AR said, “Luth-AR looks forward to another new chapter of improving our barrel expertise with new ideas and technology. Our barrel product line will advance to other calibers, contours and coatings.”
