U.S. Città di Palermo and Lotto Sport Italia S.p.A. have just signed an extension to the technical sponsorship agreement stipulated five years ago. The black and pink football club and the Italian sports company shall thus continue in their venture until 30 June 2010.
By virtue of the 5-year renewal, Lotto will stay on as “Technical Sponsor and Official Supplier” for the Palermo football club, exclusively purveying the sports wear and accessories to be used in matches, training and representative events. This holds true for the official team all the way down to the youth teams. The latter will also wear Lotto football boots.
This renewed agreement between Lotto and Palermo is not just a sponsorship deal but is structured as a real partnership that shall see the two companies develop further synergies at the commercial level as well as new leisure product lines, taking inspiration from the Teams unmistakable black n pink hue.

The sponsorship of the U.S. Città di Palermo confirms Lotto sports brands interest with regard to the national football scene and places itself within the line-up of teams sponsored by Lotto in the upcoming 2005/06 championship, alongside Udinese Calcio, ACF Fiorentina and AC Chievo Verona in Italys First Division.
