Life Time has opened Life Time Evanston, the company’s 14th athletic country club in Illinois and the second nationwide to feature its Miora Performance and Longevity Clinic.

The company said the 60,000 square-foot venue, near the shores of Lake Michigan, extends Life Time’s “signature healthy way of life programs and services to the downtown Evanston area.”

“Life Time Evanston is the first of many planned 2025 openings and also marks the expansion of our Miora performance and longevity clinic beyond Minnesota, allowing even more people to experience the multidimensional approach we’re taking to address all aspects of health and wellness,” said Parham Javaheri, EVP, and president club operations and chief property development officer, Life Time.

Life Time Miora reportedly delivers an extensive range of proactive, personalized services for health, wellness, performance, and longevity based on the company’s proprietary “Metabolic Code, a bloodwork and personalized assessment created by Jim LaValle, Life Time’s chief science officer.”

Life Time reported opening four new venues in Chicagoland since 2022, most recently River North in downtown Chicago and Lake Zurich.
