Liberty Interactive Group's e-commerce businesses, which includes Backcountry.com and BodyBuilding.com, increased revenue 12 percent to $439 million for the second quarter.

Adjusted OIBDA increased 13 percent to $26 million and operating income decreased 100 percent to a loss of $2 million from $19 million in the first quarter and a loss of $1 million in the second quarter of 2012..

The increase in revenue and adjusted OIBDA were the result of increased marketing efforts driving additional traffic, greater conversion resulting in site optimization, increased shipping charges, and broader inventory offerings partially offset by the shift in the Easter holiday falling during the first quarter of 2013 (which typically is a second quarter holiday).

The decrease in operating income was due to greater amortization and depreciation and stock compensation expense during the quarter.
Liberty defines adjusted OIBDA as revenue less cost of sales, operating expenses, and selling, general and administrative expenses, excluding all stock based compensation, and excludes from that definition depreciation and amortization and restructuring and impairment charges that are included in the measurement of operating income pursuant to GAAP.
