Lezyne said that after tripling business in the last few years, it is restructuring its global sales and marketing teams. The maker of cycling accessories based in San Luis Obispo, CA, said these changes reflect its acknowledgment of expanding global markets and indicate its determination to establish a solid foundation for future growth.

As part of the transition, Nicolas Jeczawitz was promoted to vice president, sales and marketing. He will continue collaborating with its U.S., Taiwan and European teams. Kaori Peters moves into the role of global marketing director guiding the marketing teams in the U.S. and Taiwan. Dillon Clapp transitions to global director of sponsorship and media focused on organizing and managing sponsorships and athletes and event/race coordinators. And, as one of the founders, Clapp will continue to be involved in product development.

In addition to new hires, Lezyne expanded its current factory and has built a machining facility to meet global product demand.
