Giant Ideas, LLC has acquired Mayweather Boxing + Fitness and KickHouse, combining them with its flagship brand, Legends Boxing, to form what the company believes is the largest skill-based fitness network in the industry.

The company stated in a media release that the acquisition brings together over “70 domestic and international studios sharing in a mission to learn real skills, belong to a tribe, and achieve real results,” while prioritizing operational excellence and franchisee success over new unit sales.

“The mission isn’t just to grow; it’s to build something unshakable,” said Rob Scott, CEO of Giant Ideas. “We’re building a system that lasts. One that works for our members, our coaches and, most importantly, our franchise partners.”

Scott believes today’s franchise model is broken. It is too focused on acquisition and not enough on outcomes. He stated, “Too many systems grow by selling the dream instead of delivering results. We’re flipping the script. Our energy is focused on helping the people who already believed in us by developing better products, smarter technology, stronger operations, and surrounding them with rockstar-level support.”

He noted that growth will occur naturally through word of mouth, licensing and unit economics.

The Rise of Skill-Based Fitness
The Giant Ideas platform is said to be anchored in skill-based fitness, an approach designed for all individuals who struggle with consistency and seek more than just a calorie count.

“What’s the best workout in the world?” Scott asked. “The one you’ll actually do. We built this for people who need the coach, the club, and the tribe. People who want to get healthy but need help staying on track,” said Scott.

The CEO explained that, through the brand’s “Patch Progression System, members earn visible recognition for their effort and growth from technical achievements in boxing and kickboxing to attendance and personal commitment.”

“Family, work, and us, that’s the third place we want to become,” said Scott. “When people know they’re supported, seen and progressing, they keep coming back.”

Giant Ideas reported it will continue to operate its three brands (Legends Boxing, Mayweather Boxing + Fitness, and KickHouse) with distinct identities and member experiences, while aligning backend systems, tech platforms, merchandising, and operational support.

Giant Ideas, LLC also owns the Cage Punch, Bootlegged Barber, Atmosphere Chiropractic & Wellness, Legends Boxing Gear, and Fightcon brands.
