Lazydays reported it completed the acquisition of Century RV in Longmont, CO, strengthening its presence in Denver.
The business was renamed “Lazydays RV of Denver at Longmont.”
The company forecasted that the location would generate approximately $50 million in annualized revenue, and noted that by acquiring Century RV and its employees, Lazydays could bring more convenience, choice and top-tier RV options to customers in Colorado.
Lazydays also thanked the sellers, Steve and Maggie Hatanaka, for helping to make the transaction run smoothly.
