Lazydays Holdings, the operator of RV dealerships, released its preliminary results for the second quarter of the year and said it had revenue of $374 million, up 15.7 percent from the same quarter a year ago.
Preliminary net income for the quarter is $31.8 million, up $6.5 million versus the second quarter 2021 net income of $25.3 million.
Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter was $38.4 million versus $41.3 million in the second quarter of 2021.
RV unit sales decreased 3.7 percent to 4,052 units versus 4,208 units in the second quarter of 2021.
The company ended the quarter with a cash balance of $105.4 million.
