Lazydays promoted Amber Dillard to VP of operations, effective immediately. She will continue to report to CEO John North.
Lazydays said Dillard’s tenure began in 2011, “reflecting over a decade of commitment and service to the company.” She reportedly started her career at Lazydays in accounting but pivoted to its supply chain team, where she was directly involved in operations. Since then, Dillard has continued to assume roles of increasing responsibility, including vehicle purchasing and inventory management, partnering with OEMs to further relationships, and supporting the general managers across Lazydays’ dealership operations.
In her new role, Dillard will continue to work with the general managers to drive operational performance and expand the company’s network of stores.
Before Lazydays, Dillard worked in public and non-profit accounting, emphasizing internal auditing. She sits on the Board of the Lazydays Employee Foundation, which contributes to at-risk kids in the communities the company serves.
Dillard holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Florida State University and furthered her education at the University of South Florida. She was named to the inaugural class of the RVIA 40 under 40 award winners in 2017.
