La Sportiva now has its own Stormin¹ Norman.
Starting Jan., 2004, Norman Pitts became the company¹s new Southeastern sales rep.
Pitts will now be traipsing around the states of Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, North and South Carolina and Florida, spreading the love for La Sportiva.
For the past quarter of a century, Pitts has been working in the outdoor industry. Pitts has been working the Southeast for the past decade as a sales rep, most recently with Five Ten.
³We¹re happy to have Norman. He¹s a very hard worker, he¹s got a reputation for being honest and he¹s well-liked by all,² said Mark Day, sales manager for La Sportiva.
What¹s more, Pitts has worked to grow the participation numbers of climbing in the Southeastern area and has a climbing team in his territory that he personally sponsors.
