L.L.Bean’s $110 million headquarters redevelopment will be completed two years ahead of schedule as the flexible work-from-home culture during the pandemic enabled construction to speed up, according to Mainebiz.com.
The retailer is developing a 400,000-square-foot office complex in three phases on its existing headquarters site, off Main Street in Freeport, ME.
The construction will be completed in Spring 2023. It was originally planned to be a five-year project.
L.L.Bean has been in its current headquarters for five decades.
