Krimson Klover, a Colorado-based women’s outdoor sport, snow and lifestyle clothing company, hired Lauren Geary as its marketing and communications manager at its new headquarters in Boulder, CO.

In addition to Geary, Krimson Klover added support staff in various departments and increased its office space by 3,000 square feet.

Since joining the team, Geary has been working across all marketing initiatives, including content strategy, digital advertising, social media development and website strategy.

Geary’s experience includes working in account management with nationally recognized advertising agencies in North Carolina and Texas, where she worked in digital marketing. Since 2011, she has worked for both large and small agencies managing B2B and B2C clients. She is experienced in developing brand, content, campaign, website and social strategies, creating digital materials and managing projects and budgets.

Relocating back to Colorado, Geary wanted to channel her expertise into working with a local company that understood her love of the outdoors and her need for community involvement. “Krimson Klover combines my love of running, hiking, snowboarding and nature with fashion,” said Geary. “It doesn’t hurt that I get to work with several other amazing women!”

“We are in an exciting growth phase and the need for more and greater talent to help facilitate that growth is paramount,” said Rhonda Swenson, Krimson Klover founder and creative director. “We have a lot of wonderful things happening right now and are thrilled to have Lauren on the team.”

This season, Krimson Klover added six positions to support the brand’s growth and collection expansion: two CSU fashion merchandise and apparel interns, a marketing and staff intern from CU Boulder and a team member in the brand’s new retail boutique.
