Kohl’s Department Stores announced two executive promotions.
Jack H. Boyle, 36, has been promoted to executive vice president-general merchandise manager, women’s apparel and accessories from senior vice president of misses and sportswear. He joined Kohl’s in 1999 as a vice president of merchandise planning and allocation and was subsequently promoted to divisional merchandise manager for juniors. Prior to joining Kohl’s, he was with Famous-Barr, a division of The May Department Stores Company, for ten years. Boyle will report to Kevin Mansell, Kohl’s president.
John M. Worthington, 41, has been promoted to executive vice president, director of stores. Worthington was previously senior vice president, territory director for the northeast region and has held several progressive store operations positions in his 11-year tenure with Kohl’s. Prior to joining Kohl’s in 1993, he was with Famous-Barr, a division of The May Department Stores Company. Worthington will report to Larry Montgomery.
