Kitsbow, maker of premium cycling clothing and accessories, announced the addition of Jim Gingrich to the Kitsbow board of directors as well as the promotion of Tim Clark to vice president of product and design.
Gingrich has twenty years of experience in investment research and management. He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at AllianceBernstein, with prior roles as Director of Research and CEO of Sanford C. Bernstein LLC, a subsidiary of AllianceBernstein. Previously, he spent seventeen years with the management consulting firm, Booz, Allen & Hamilton, where he was a Partner focusing on retailing and consumer products. He is based in Nashville, Tennessee.
“As an avid cyclist myself, joining the Kitsbow board was a great match on many levels,” said Gingrich. “I’m looking forward to using my expertise in operational execution to help guide the company’s trajectory for years to come.”
Gingrich will join existing members of the board: Zander Nosler, David Billstrom, Peter Nosler and Paul Blum.
Additionally, Kitsbow has promoted its Director of Product Design and Development, Tim Clark, to Vice President of Product and Design.
Infusing his life-long passion for cycling into his work, Clark will lead all aspects of Kitsbow’s product management, development and design while bringing new low-waste production methods to the outdoor industry. A steward of the Kitsbow brand, he will also oversee creative direction and brand positioning. Clark is based in Petaluma, California.
