Katadyn Group has expanded its North American leadership team with Brook Hopper as director of marketing for North America and Jeff Pratt as director of sales for North America.
Brook Hopper reportedly brings over 20 years of experience in global marketing, brand development and consumer engagement across the outdoor, cycling and footwear industries. She will lead marketing initiatives in her new role to “enhance brand awareness, build deeper consumer connections and drive strategic growth across the Katadyn Group’s portfolio.” Most recently, Hopper was the director of brand marketing at Manitobah, following stints at A New Earth Project, Liv Cycling, 1% for the Planet, and The North Face.
Jeff Pratt reportedly brings over 15 years of experience in sales leadership, having led teams and developed go-to-market strategies for Black Diamond Equipment, Grundéns and Arcade Belts where, most recently, he was the company’s VP of sales. Katadyn Group said Pratt’s “expertise in retail partnerships and revenue growth will be crucial to the company’s continued expansion in North America.”
Chris Voxland, president of Katadyn North America, noted these new hires’ significant impact on the brand’s presence and strategic initiatives.
“Brook’s expertise in brand strategy and purpose-driven marketing will be instrumental in expanding Katadyn Group’s presence,” Voxland noted. “Her leadership will help us engage more meaningfully with consumers and highlight the unique value of our brands.”
Andy Welling, VP of sales for Katadyn North America, emphasized how Pratt’s leadership will drive the sales strategy. “Jeff’s leadership will play a pivotal role in shaping Katadyn’s sales strategy and driving our continued success,” Welling said. “His deep understanding of the market and proven track record in sales will be instrumental in strengthening our position and accelerating growth across North America.”
