Kamik has hired two new creative designers, Brian and Martina Cyr. This move marks Kamiks continued efforts to demonstrate their leadership in the winter and outdoor categories by designing functional outdoor footwear for every season.
“The footwear category is continuously changing,” expressed Executive Vice President Overseas Operations, Norman Cook. “For Kamik to continue to grow as a brand, it was vital that we bring on staff designers who are experts in trends and colors. Were confident that both Martina and Brian will be valued additions to the brand.”
Both Brian Cyr and Martina Cyr come to Kamik with over 20 years of experience having worked with brands such as The Timberland Company, The Stride Rite Corporation, The Rockport Company and Saucony. Prior to joining Kamik, the Cyrs started Tierney Cyr Designs, LLC., a company offering a full range of creative design, development and brand building services. Together, they have proven experience in outdoor design and color trends within the footwear category.
