K-Swiss Inc. renewed its worldwide license agreement with U Turn Sports, Co. LLC for U.S. and foreign patents and patents pending relating to the Tongue Twister technology. The license term is for a period of three years ending February 28, 2011, with two one-year option periods. Other terms of the license were not disclosed.
