Jones Group, the parent of Nine West, is in talks to sell off its jeanswear division to Delta Galil Industries Inc. The sale is estimated in bring in $350 million to $400 million.
Jones Group' said no agreement has been reached and it expects to conclude or terminate talks within a month. If a deal is reached, Jones plans to use the proceeds to repurchase stock. Its jeans brands include GLO Jeans, l.e.i. and Gloria Vanderbilt.
