Johnson Outdoors Inc. announced that Thomas F. Pyle, Jr., director and vice-chairman, will not stand for re-election to the company’s board of directors during its 2022 Annual Shareholder Meeting.
“Johnson Outdoors has been very fortunate to have Tom serve on our board since 1987. His contributions and wise counsel throughout his 34 years of service have been invaluable in helping us evolve to a global leader in outdoor recreation products and to achieve a position of delivering sustained, profitable long-term growth. We want to thank him for his dedicated service and wish him the very best,” said Helen Johnson-Leipold, chairman and chief executive officer.
