Johnson Outdoors Inc. (JOUT) named Patricia G. Penman, vice president – marketing services and communication worldwide.

 

In this capacity, Penman will be responsible for leading development of consumer/brand research & market analytics' strategies and programs, and overseeing the company's internal and external strategic communications, as a member of the company's executive management team reporting directly to the Chairman & CEO.

Penman's career spans more than 30 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods industry, including Kraft and Campbell Soup, prior to joining SC Johnson where she held key roles, including Director of North America Marketing Services (leading Research, Media, Promotions, Business Analytics, Consumer Services, Brand Marketing PR and CRM resources); and most recently, Senior Director for Global Air Care. The breadth and depth of experience Pat brings to JOI will be invaluable.
